This week is J1's school vacation. Due to J3 coming anytime now we are having a stay-cation. Boy was that a mistake! We aren't following proper bedtimes since DH wants to spend time with J1, J1 and J2 are fighting over everything, there's SOOO much tattling and being pregnant isn't making this any better!
I feel bad because I just started screaming (not my style at all) and made them both take naps (J1 is 6 so that's not normal). Anyone else going bonkers this week?

This week is the bane of my existence and I only have 1 kid! Daycare is closed so L is home this week and is tantrumming like crazy. I am dreaming of Tuesday when we get back to normal, I feel your pain, hang in there!

@plantains: It makes me feel like a horrible Mom for feeling this way, so it's nice to know I'm not alone! They are driving me crazy! If only I could have a margarita during nap time lol

@junebugmama: Don't feel bad, I am in awe of you being pregnant and having rambunctious kids underfoot all day! I don't think I could pull it off without drinking copiously! Seriously, I feel like I should have been more sympathetic to Kate Gosselin.

DS is on spring break but went to his dad's house until Sunday. I just can't entertain him like usual with M being so young. I miss him tons, though.

Yes! We have two looooooong weeks with no preschool or any other baby activities. My LOs are younger but ugh it's tough! Everyday I have to come up with some activity that will get both tired enough to nap while still being able to watch two crazies that run in opposite directions. Then the afternoons I'm basically counting down the time till bed.

@Baby Boy Mom: I feel bad if I'm not planning activities and honestly if we stayed home all day, I'd probably be losing it even more. Last night when DH walked through the door and I mentioned that it was 2hrs and 14 minutes until bedtime, and I wasn't going to actively parent for any of it haha!

This was 2 weeks ago for me...it rained the entire break too. Pregnant mom, solo parenting and two LO's?? Movies. Disney movies. Not sorry.

@HLK208: It rained here yesterday and snowed today! I want to kill mother nature! Monday we were wearing shorts SMH. We've had a lot more screen time too, and I don't feel even slightly guilty about it.

@junebugmama: oh for sure! Staying home is not an option! Today we left later than usual, 10 instead of 9, and they were going crazy! I was like, the place isn't open yet, but baby was banging at the door, older one was dumping out ALL the toy boxes on the floor....ahhh!
