We have used Similac Advance since LO was in the hospital and while she's never seem to have had a big issue with it, her spitting up has not slowed down at all. She spits up a LOT, which I know can be normal, and she does not seem to be in pain. Sometimes she'll fuss before the spit up, which I assume is from a bubble, but many times she'll be smiling and spitting up at the same time. Most of the time it's liquid, and maybe 10% of the time it's curdled a bit. Similac makes a formula specifically to help prevent spit up. I guess it has added rice starch. Has anyone ever tried this? Did it help?
For those that did not change formulas, did the amount of spit up decrease after cereal was introduced? We are less than a month away.
