I'm so sorry for all you girls in the dreaded TWW. All I want is to be in the TWW and I haven't gotten a positive OPK yet! This is CD14 for me and I have always, during the last 12 cycles, gotten a positive OPK on or before CD14. This sucks.

@mrs. tictactoe: Yes, it really does. I like how you are contemplating ditching fertility friend. It does suck to examine each and every day of a cycle.

@septca: oh honey! I hope that baby holds on tight. Your hormones might be a bit different this time so it wouldn't be unheard of to spot a bit even if you didn't last time. I really hope that's the case. Thinking of you.
@mrs. tictactoe: I really relate to how you are feeling right now. It's so hard not knowing if or when it will happen for you again. And the stress is just mounting with each cycle, I truly hope that you are pregnant or about to be in May. I believe that you will have another baby very soon.

@mrs. tictactoe: @MrsMcD: Ugh, every stage does suck.
Ever since my BFP in November, by cycles have been all over the place. I was a very consistent 28 days, and now I never know what to expect. Its been anywhere from 26-39 days. I know thats not *that* huge of a difference, but still frustrating.
I am CD13, and I should be O-ing any day now, but my OPKs are still stark white and CM isn't fertile.

@Crystal: do yours always fade Ito positive? Mine never did. It was always ONE day of almost positive and then positive. I never got that fade-in...ever, not even when I was ttc the first time around.
I am somewhere around 8dpo today? Could be 7 or could be 9. I had ewcm those days. I didn't OPK so, if I go by what it has been for the last 3m, then I am 8dpo. No symptoms and nothing to report other than my "f*** this" attitude:) I guess I'm mentally ready to move into iui.

@CupQuakeWalk: That's great you are mentally ready to move to the next step. I hope you don't have to get there. But if you do, you are ready.

@Crystal: I love that we have kept being cycle twins! Now we just need positive OPKs!!!

@MrsMcD: me too, friend. Me too. Then we can take our kids to Disneyland together!

@Crystal: Oh I would love that!! Hey... I got a positive OPK!!! I'm back, baby! Now come on, Crystal. Your turn!
Who else is waiting on O??
grapefruit / 4731 posts
@MrsMcD: Yay for the positive opk!
My period just ended (TMI) so now I'll probably start opking but with my track record I probably won't O till mid May.

@septca: @mrs. tictactoe: Hey Ladies any updates? Thinking about you two.
Confession - I have been reading updates of septca in other boards but there has been no updates since yesterday

@Raindrop: AF arrived this morning, right on time. Is there a May POAS 6 months + board yet?
grapefruit / 4731 posts
@mrs. tictactoe: So sorry!! There is no board yet. @littlek: is KU and I think she usually started them. Hehe. I probably shouldn't start it because if my cycle is the same length as my last cycle 46 days or so, I won't POAS till June 1st. yay long cycles. *sarcastic* You want to start it?
GOLD / pomegranate / 3688 posts
@Raindrop: Ha ha. I it! I haven't wanted to post too much here because it just feels like so much drama and complaining and I know all of you ladies have it so much worse... I haven't wanted to burden you with my emotional roller coaster.
I just updated my test post, but long story short - still in limbo. No spotting, tests either super faint or neg. My doctor wants a beta, so I am giving in and getting one (which is 99% going to be negative ).

@mrs. tictactoe: I'm sorry.
there is no may POAS thread yet, does anyone want to take over for me?
grapefruit / 4731 posts
@septca: Totally not burdening us. I am thinking about you soooo hard! I wish this turns out well. Either way we will be here for you lady.
GOLD / pomegranate / 3938 posts
@Raindrop: At least you have a brand new, fresh start. I'm hoping your O comes on time. I always find the first week after AF to be a little refreshing. Nothing too much to worry about during that time.
@mrs. tictactoe: I'm so sorry that AF arrived. I hope you feel good about a fresh start. I don't think the next months' POAS threads get started until the last week of the current month - or I guess until the last of us 6+month girls has POAS. But please stick around this thread for support and laughs!!
@septca: I, too, get excited about positive OPKs. Its like, the only positive thing in my TTC journey. (Aside from BDing with my hubs... but you know what what I mean. ) And please share whatever "drama" you want with us here. We are all concerned and hoping for the best for you.

@MrsMcD: I will def stick around!!
I have a good board title for next month: MAY the odds be ever in your favor!
I'll start it if you guys want, lmk.

Trying to catch up post-vacation... AF decided she wanted in on the vacation too and arrived Monday. Awesome. And my shortest cycle and earliest O the entire time TTC. Makes no sense.
Anyways, so we're moving forward with IUI this cycle... I go in tomorrow morning for blood work and a baseline ultrasound. Then it's either Femara or Clomid from there. We're waiting on the results of our genetic testing so hopefully that doesn't delay things or prevent us from moving fully forward...
grapefruit / 4731 posts
@LindsayInNY: I'm sorry! I hope your genetic testing turns out clean.
Both of us have a disabled family member and so we thought that would raise some concerns and the hospital called me directly to talk when we wrote that in but I guess we weren't clear because those relatives had healthy siblings we were fine. But I was a definitely a ball of nerves till we cleared that up!

@mrs. tictactoe: Do it! I love that title. And I love Hunger Games!
@LindsayInNY: I'm so excited you are moving on to IUI this cycle!! Hooray for next steps! But seriously... I'm praying that all goes well with all the testing.

@LindsayInNY: hope all the testing goes well!
@Raindrop: whew!

@MrsMcD: LOL thanks for commenting I didn't see the hunger game reference till you pointed it out... totally went over my head!
blogger / pomegranate / 3201 posts
@Raindrop: then I'll definitely start it, lol!
I'll wait until the end of the week, though.

@MrsMcD: after thinking I ovulated early, with all kinds of weird signs and high temps, I kept testing and got an OPK I would basically call positive today (CD16 which is normal for me). I expect I'll get a strong positive tomorrow AM. so I guess it's back on the BD train! I have a feeling this cycle may still be a wash coming off meds, but never hurts to try.
on that note I am going to take a nap so I don't fall asleep before the BD
GOLD / pomegranate / 3938 posts
@bhbee: I'm so glad you got a positive. Keep feeling positive about it. Enjoy your nap!
coconut / 8475 posts
@Raindrop: thanks for putting me on the list! But...I'm not testing this cycle.
I'm going to wait for AF. Also: I am not takin or buying any hpt while on vacation nor am I going to be on HB. So, I will either test or tell you guys all about AF on Sunday, May 4th:/
We leave this coming Sun night.
