I LOVE THE TITLE you came up with! I will be here either as a cheerleader or a POASer. For some reason I feel like i am going to get KU in April. Weird i know. Wishing all of you (us?) an incredible shower of BFPS followed by an amazing holiday season in anticipation of our babies.

I'll post my stats later, but I just wanted to check in and say after my chemical at the beginning of the month, I'm finally getting some darker OPKs! It's not positive yet, but SO much darker compared to the last few days! Yay!

I am feeling good about this month. I started temping, and using OPKs, and DH and I have a good game plan. My stressful work week will be over, so we can focus on us and having a good time. We also decided to not start BDing until closer to the actual date so we don't get burned out.

Your game plan this month: First month really keeping track of my cycle (spotting, cycle days, etc) on the Fertility Friend app, but I'm not charting with BBT or anything yet. I'm a little worried about my luteal phase length, because I've noticed the past three months that I spot 2-3 days before my period arrives, so I'm taking B6 this month too. I really want DS to have a sibling close in age - he just turned 1 last week.

@snowjewelz: definitely harder to find time to bd! Weekends used to be so easy but now we are relegated to nap time (my son is always up by 7am so mornings are hard too! My husband gets up so early for work (545) too so we go to bed early.

@ChiCalGoBee: Thanks girl! I think I am actually feeling O as I type! I think I missed my surge yesterday. I got the dark test that I posted earlier, the I had to go to work. By the time I got home last night it was light again. We BD anyway and I think we caught it!! I hope so because I'm going out of town tonight.

Ovulation & POAS dates. I am ovulating today or tomorrow so march 19th and POAS date is April 2nd.

Your game plan this month - I was going to start temping but I don't feel like I want to now. I'm going to give it another month or two (hopefully won't need it) but I'm using OPKs and preseed. I don't hold out much hope for this month unfortunately as my DH get home from a trip last night and I think I'm ovulating today so we haven't had much chance to BD although we will today. Fingers crossed though.

@Mrs.Lilac: Awesome! We can experience our love/hate relationship with the TWW together! Christmas baby would be fine with me. Also being moderately large rather than huge and uncomfortable during the summer sounds much more appealing.

HELP, I'm totally confused. So I got a new clearblue OPK this month by mistake. Last cycle I had the newest one which tells you the 4 most furtile days and lets you know the day you ovulate. This month I have a simpler model that tells you 2 days when you have your LH surge. So, I took the test yesterday for the first time and got the smiley face. FF told me not to test for another couple of days so I'm glad I did. so presumed that mean I was going to ovulate in 24 to 36 hours. I have just taken it now, 24 hours later and it is negative. does this mean I am ovulating today or have I missed it? DH only got back from a trip last night so we BD last night and this morning. Now I'm confused with this new test?! any help much appreciated...

@Mrs.Lilac: I think you could've ovulated yesterday, or it can be today! I think you def covered your bases! My OPK was + one day then negative the next so I'm assuming I O'd those 2 days also.

@Mrs.Lilac: that's weird. I have used both kinds (the regular digital and the advanced digital), and they are both supposed to show a low reading the first day you use it, regardless of what day that is, because it's establishing your baseline level of hormones. Maybe you should call them and let them know you got a smiley on the first day you used it, and see what they recommend.
