I will down right refuse to see the LC staffed at my hospital. They have two so we'll just wait to do the consult till the other one is working. Better yet, skip our room. I've done it before, I don't need your help.

No, but I might request the same nurse if she's working in the postpartum unit. She was amazing!

Anesthesiologist. I remember her name.
After three attempted epidurals (one of which she said "let me just wiggle this around in your spine to see if it kicks in"), I think maybe she needs more practice?
I definitely won't be getting an epi with #2 because it wasn't worth it to have a needle stuck in my back multiple times for ZERO pain relief.

@grizz: oh yes, same here. I had an amazing nurse.
I had this awesome nurse who was young and energetic (DH thought she was hot) and she was sooooooooooo helpful. We loved her.

I had an awful nurse with my first, and ended up with her again after I had my second. After enduring her twice, I filed a complaint with the head of L&D. She was terrible, and I should have refused her the second time around.

There's one Anesthesiologist and one nurse that contributed negatively to my already nightmarish experience and I never want to see their faces again. If that nurse walks in again, while I'm in labor, I'm kicking her out...or at least DH is. In fact, I'm gonna tell my midwife that I want that lady no where near me.

I probably won't be delivering at the same hospital. But I loved everyone there!

I liked everyone! I went through so many nurses, it wasn't even funny, though. The anesthesiologist was very good...he had everything set up and done in less than 10 minutes.

There's no way in hell I'm even delivering at the same hospital so I won't see anybody there ever again!
But everybody there was nice, my nurses, OB who did my c-section, and one of the LCs. (Other one was biatch.)

Yes, I'd avoid the nighttime nursery RN. She ignored most of our requests, was not helpful in getting BFing started, and just had a rotten attitude. Luckily, the daytime nurse was a rock star and more than made up for her.
