I've been dragging my feet a little on my nanny search. I've gone through two nannies that I didn't like. It seems so hard to find someone. I think I'm pickier about employing someone in my home vs using daycare.

@Andrea: are you still looking for a live in nanny?

I don't have a nanny.... but my SIL does. She uses my mom and my mom hired someone to help her because it's too much work for just her. I'm happy with both of her nanny's..... they watch my LO sometimes too when I have a migraine. I never ever thought I'd trust someone other than family to watch my LO but I'd let this other lady watch LO in a heartbeat.

@Mrs. Pen: probably going to try and find a live out first, but I keep changing my mind!
