I really like our center....the teachers are nice and LO has a great time with the other kids. She is also learning a bit of Spanish right now!

I've been really happy with ours. It has a great community feel to it and they take such great care of my kids.

Mine is a bit strange...the director is totally bizarre, but my son's teacher seems very nice. It may be cultural though since we are in Austria and I'm not really sure how the Austrians do things. But DS seems to love school and is even picking up German, so that's all that matters.

Yep! Only been there a month, but I have no complaints. We have high maintenance baby and I am really impressed with how her teachers are working with her so she is doing better at school.

I am very happy with our choice. It's a center, but at a private school. My son has absolutely blossomed in the 6 months he has been attending.

Not very happy but I'm trying to stay positive. We are actually looking at another daycare on Friday.

I do... but the girls in the afternoon bother me because they don't really know what they're doing sometimes. Other than that, everyone is so nice and they really seem to love my daughter.

I just found out that most of the people in the infant room smoke, and my husband has never seen them wash their hands afterwards. WTF?!? He wants to talk to the director, but is afraid the people working there are the type to retaliate and take it out on our baby. I want to scream right now!!!!

@sheskrafty: Wow! That would REALLY upset me. If you dont feel comfortable talking to them, I would start looking for a new place.

@sheskrafty: OMG! I would be livid. Our teachers put gloves on for every diaper change and then have to wash their hands after.

We love ours! It's only 15 months and up (more of a private preschool than a daycare) so we had to find something else for LMW until she became of age, but she's starting in October! Since Wagon Jr. is after the cutoff for public preschool, he is starting pre-k there this fall.

The manager of the new daycare we were touring on Friday just called and said their September infant spot was filled, and the next one available is December. That is sooooooooo far away. Might need to look at nanny's and winning the lottery.

I puffyheartwithglitter love your daycare setup. She's so nice and loves our little one like her own. And because it's a dayhome as opposed to a centre she'll take DD even when she's a little under the weather. They've gone today to the local pool for a field trip swim!
