I found out P has grown SO much since her birthday 5 months ago (3" & 4lb) & she's WALKING finally... or toddling I guess would be a better word, lots of Frankenstein steps & falling down but more attempts than crawling!

We *might* have bought a house!
And not a "happy", but I just have to laugh about it, one of my patients this morning (a baby) had such good distance after taking his diaper off that he *peed in my hair*. I had pee-hair all day. (He was a cute little bugger with great aim, lol!)

I was so happy that DH had a day off! I've been doing a ton of solo parenting lately with the amount of hours he's working.

At least baby pee is pretty innocuous! I told myself it could've been worse, heh!
It's an offer. The seller trapped us a little with another buyer.
If we don't get the house, we'll wait until next spring when more houses get on the market. Long time to wait, so we're crossing our fingers!

It was lo's first birthday party! She was super well behaved and didn't freak out at all!

One of my graduates got hired today after I gave a recommendation, and another got her results from her state and national boards today, she's now a Certified Veterinary Technician!! Good reminders of why I bust my butt in this job!

@shopaholic - I was totally going to say that meeting you and hanging out was my happy for the day too! I ordered an iphone 5s this morning too (at 12am) and won't have unlimited data once I switch over but hubs said that it won't matter because even with all the amount of time I'm on the internet, I won't go over to 2G. (plus, I use wifi when I'm at home.)

As for me, well... Its Saturday, DH has the day off work and E went down for an epic morning nap before we had chance to get up (I gave her 8am breakfast bottle in my bed) so, in effect, we got a lie in until 11am!!! DH is going to make sausage sarnies then I might go out and treat myself to a new pair of boots - I have boot envy!!

Hearing everyone else's good news makes me so happy! I love seeing all these smiling baby faces. And hearing about everyone's adorable LOs makes me wish it were November and move were here already!!!
If we don't get the house, we'll wait until next spring when more houses get on the market. Long time to wait, so we're crossing our fingers!
