DH went to Dunkin Donuts before work and got me my favorite donut & some decaf coffee--they had to make a fresh pot of decaf so it was extra good!

It's only 8am here so lots to happen today that I'm sure will make me happy but DS slept until 7:15 this morning which is unheard of (usually 5:50-6) and that extra hour had made me one refreshed mama this morning! Love it!

Caramel flan latte and spinach pastry from Starbucks after my fasting blood draw this morning. It was heaven!

I thought DH and DD were gonna have their morning date out, but they brought back bagels and bagel sandwiches for all of us
My kids play really well together lately. Seeing and hearing them laugh and play makes me SO happy!

I got N up this morning. He woke up smiling and babbling on. When I picked him up he gave me a big hug and patted my back! Most mornings he is not so snuggly!

DH is letting me go out of the house alone with M this afternoon. It's to pick up DS from school around the corner but it's still a bit of freedom! I've been feeling caged!

I wrote my first letter to my new HB penpal today - that made me happy!

I passed my 1hr Glucola! It made me feel really rotten and shaky for hours after they drew my blood yesterday, so I thought there was no way I'd metabolized it well enough to be within normal range. Little victories.. and no 3hr GTT thank goodness!

@jhd: He is 18 months old, so when he gets up he is ready to get moving! He doesn't usually snuggle until late in the evening.
