How old was your child when you started yogurt and did you give them natural yogurt or the regular flavored stuff?

We started around 9 months and started with plain greek yogurt.

I started DS at 12 months with YoBaby, it's organic and made with whole milk. Some flavor had veggies in them I think! He still eats the YoToddler yogurt but it's harder to find.

We started giving yogurt around 7 or 8 months. We use YoBaby yogurt. DS still loves it now at 13 months. We've been able to find the YoToddler yogurt at Target but DS won't eat it.

Yogurt was one of my first foods for her, at around 6 months. At 13 months she eats it daily. It was also good for new foods - I'd mix them in and she'd like them better.
I've always fed her whole milk Nancy's yogurt, which is a REALLY sour brand without any sweeteners. I didn't want her to get hooked on the sugary stuff, and so far she hasn't.

We got the blessing from the pediatrician to give yogurt and cheeses at 9 months, we use either Yo Baby or plain Greek Yogurt. I've also been giving large curd cottage cheese and shredded regular cheese. He loves them all! I probably would have started them sooner if I had thought about it.

We started at 6 months with plain Greek yogurt. It's one of his favourite foods! We also give him 6% fat plain yogurt and 4% cottage cheese.

I think it was around 7 months and she's tried all kinds. I try to get organic/whole milk but once in a while she gets regular old sugary stuff when our small grocery store is running low.
She loves it all!
