LO is 6m and doesn't understand eating yet (I spoon feed). But, we'll be going on vacation in 4weeks and he will be in the stroller and will need to eat out of the punches mostly or else a bottle.
He will be 7m at the time.

LO is 11 months (today!) and can't eat a pouch on his own, but will put his mouth over it and will let me squeeze a bit into his mouth.
i still think using a spoon and just squeezing a small amt into the spoon and feed that way is the easiest! (and cleanest...)

if it helps at all, they (Boon, at target) sell a spoon that screws onto the pouch for easy feeding! we're going on vaca in a month, so I've been looking at options myself.

LO just figured sucking out of it herself at 10 months. I could squeeze it into her mouth at 8ish months. Munchkin and Plum make spoons that will screw onto the pouch.

@tysonja: yeah, I figured we would just hold it an have him gulp as we squeeze.
Darn, I was hoping he self feed with that pouch:/
@sorrycharlie: oh! Will get this. Going over there tomorrow to get a tray for the stroller anyway. Do they fit all pouches? We have an assortment of Plum & gerber organics
Eta: ok so they only fit plum but that's ok! I'll try them on other brands anyways

LO didn't get the hang of pouches until she was almost 8 months old.

LO is 9 months and I still just squeeze it into a spoon and feed her that way. She also doesn't hold a bottle (we usually BF), so I don't think she'll get very handy with holding stuff for awhile...
