@buttermilk: Walks are always good. Especially on sunny days. And you know... I do think that our DHs are just as obsessed as us, but in their own ways. My DH asked me a few days ago when I was supposed to start my period. He has never in the 11 years I've known him asked me a question even remotely related to that. So I think the guys are aware of what is going on and just deal with it on their own terms.

@Torchwood: You're in the TWW, right? I commented on some sort of odor last cycle. Not bad, I couldn't really place it? (yeah, TMI, I'm sure, LOL!)

@buttermilk: thanks, now I know what I'll be reading all evening
@Torchwood: what DPO are you? FX it was more than an evap this morning!
@buttermilk: Yes, THIS! "hello uterus i know something is going on in there one way or another so could you please just let me in on it a little bit!?"

@buttermilk sorry you've had such a rough day. i'm a teacher and my first two twws were this summer. the first one was really, really hard because i didn't have a whole lot going on every day. i'm currently in my third but the back to school craziness has been a good distraction. it must be even harder for you since you're waiting on lots of things at once. hang in there! i hope that tomorrow is a little easier!

It's so hard to keep up with how fast this thread is moving, but here goes:
@pui: Sorry for AF but excited that the clomid seems to have worked for you, now you can start over at CD 1!
@babybeemcd: Congrats!
@buttermilk: I think the TWW is always hard, but especially when you have a lot of time on your hands. FX that this is your month!
My opk was extra, super positive last night so I think I either O'd overnight or sometime today, I'll test again tonight to see if the test is still positive or declining. FX for a quick TWW

@littlek: @lovelyplum: @sprite: @norcalwayfarer: @littleveesmommy: Thanks ladies! I'm feeling super hopeful about this month!
@doxielove: Thanks! Yes, this is my first cycle after the lap.
@babybeemcd: Congratulations!!!
@buttermilk: The TWW is tough. Hang in there!
@sweetkeight: My confession is: I obsessively check the baby due date calculator to see what my due date would be.

so a couple of hours ago i felt this very sharp, localized stabbing/pinching sensation near my right ovary. i would get a surge of pain every 15 seconds or so and it lasted for about 5-7 mins, then went away. only about a 3 pain level on scale of 1-10. im currently 8dpo. been reading about implantation pinching ever since then lol. hoping this is a good sign! if i could imagine what an egg burrowing into my uterine lining feels like, this would be it!
only other weird thing going on is super duper brief, random but acute sensations of dizziness or lightheadedness for past several days, and then starting today have beginnings of what feels like a sinus infection, just feeling a bit rundown.
don't want to get my hopes up and it's most likely nothing, but maybe i'll just revel in it for a bit - better than feeling depressed!

@jhd: thanks for the sympathies! if this isn't our month, i can't wait to have plenty of extra distractions next time! if it weren't for this, i could get used to this summer vacay im having lol. you've got a nice situation there!
@tarabonno: hugs right back at ya! we gotta stick together
@almostmrsg: thanks! and good luck with your O'ing. FX!

@pui: ooo @MrsMcD: beat you to the top of the board, I can't believe it!!
How it going for you ladies? I'm 5 DPO and been pretty calm so far. The real crazy usually sets in about 7-8 DPO for me though

of course right after i complain about my flat temps yesterday, i wake up to a nice temp spike this morning! hoping this combined with my pinching last night all point to implantation!
http://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/buttermilk
at the same time i got bad sleep last night bc i was feeling so anxious. so maybe that affected my temps. but i read online that interrupted sleep can make your temps higher in the first half of the cycle but lower in the second half.
@torchwood: good luck this morning! FX!!

Bfn for me! DH left on the 5th for work and that was our last BD, so I'm def out...Oh well...DH gets home on the 30th...Maybe AF will grace me with her presence in the next couple of weeks and we can make a #2 in Sept:)
I am 8.5 mos PP...I have to be on AF's radar soon...Surely???
bananas / 9899 posts
@PrincessBaby: Aw, Boo! But hopefully your cycles start gearing up again soon!

@littlek: Not yet...We have so much going on right now bc we're at my parents' out of state waiting to close on our house next week and move in. So I didn't want to take her breast friends away from her in the middle of so much chaos:). But after we move in, I'm going to look at starting.

So, random and probably stupid question.. when do you consider your period late? I'm currently day 28 and no AF. I am around a 24 - 28 day cycle. Should I wait till tomorrow morning to test (day 29), Sunday or Monday? I asked DH what I should do and he looked at me blankly and shrugged. According to FF, I should test Monday.

@PrincessBaby: I was really sad to give up BF, it was nice whenever something was wrong with B I could BF him and his world would be happy again. Good luck with closing and your move!!
bananas / 9899 posts
@littlek: You could test today, tomorrow or wait until monday. Since you don't usually have a cycle longer than 28 days, it's probably fine to test now. Do you know when you ovulated?
bananas / 9899 posts
@littlek: Hm, well it's probably relatively safe to assume your period is either late or should arrive today. An HPT would likely be accurate now.
nectarine / 2932 posts
@littlek: Hm, I would test tomorrow or Sunday if you haven't gotten AF. I like testing on the weekend!
GOLD / pomegranate / 3938 posts
@runnerd: I will not reveal how I beat @pui: to the top of this page! I'm stealth like that.
@littlek: Please test today!!!! You are going to drive me crazy!

Today is 8DPO.....and I POAS this morning! Haha, BFN, obviously. But I honestly don't care, I just want to play along, since I have a 50 pack of Wondfos just begging to be pee'd on! This is the first cycle in 7 months of tracking that FF has given, and kept, my solid line crosshairs, AND I'm on CD29, when my last two cycles were only 25 days, PLUS after a temp dip yesterday, my temps went back up a bit this morning.
So I'm going to roll around in hope and happiness that I actually have my first legit opportunity to POAS, at least until AF shows.
Now, come on all of you August 17th POASers....I know some of you have got to be giving in and testing early. Give us some happy news to celebrate this Friday!

@littlek: I DO chart and I still haven't tested (14 DPO, meaning new personal record for longest LP!) I have POAS anxiety I think. Because my chart looks so promising, if I get a BFN, I'll be pretty devastated.
@buttermilk: Looking good, lady!
When will I test?! I'm driving MYSELF crazy! But at the same time I'm SO afraid.
GOLD / squash / 13576 posts
@PEAPIE: I hear you... I'm normally a POAS addict but for some reason I'm freaked out right now
GOLD / pomegranate / 3938 posts
@Sprite: Thank you for playing along. I, for one, completely appreciate you POAS as many days as you can.
bananas / 9899 posts
@PEAPIE: Your chart looks SO good!! But take your time... I don't think you should wait any longer than 18DPO though. If I were you'd test tomorrow! FX!
