I haven't been able to sleep train because my son scratches at night. We actually were at our pedi today and were able to get some creams that should help him stop scratching at night. No real advice though, sorry!

DD had bad eczema on her cheeks for a good portion of her first year and I ended up buying her the Zipadee-Zip wearable blanket because it keeps her hands covered. This way she was free to self soothe with her hands and move around but she couldn't scratch at her face. It helped! Also for DD's eczema in particular keeping her skin ultra hydrated also kept it from itching and reduced the eczema. We used CeraVe moisturizer cream and it was a lifesaver. Virgin coconut oil is another great one to help keep her skin moist. I feel your pain on the eczema and hope it works out!
