Okay potentially stupid question but has anyone brought baby food pouches on a long plane ride? I would prefer these over the jars but I'm wondering if they tend to explode.

I didn't, but maybe you can put them in ziplock bags just to be safe?

@Boogs: Good idea, thanks! I'm also worried about the pouch exploding and potentially dealing with a very hungry and angry baby. This will be a long flight!

@betsyboop: At least if they are in individual ziplocks you can scrape the food out with a spoon!

We brought some and didn't have any issues. I did ziploc baggy everything though.

Yes, and they didn't explode, but my baby did grab it and squeeze it all over both of us
