Yes, you can bring anything for baby. You can definitely bring pouches, even water to drink or for bottles.

Yes! I've never had an issue, although once the TSA person opened 2 of them...

You can bring them but I've had different experiences. Sometimes they've gone through untouched. A couple times they've done the hand swipe thing. Once the guy said I would have to have a pat down to bring them on so I just said toss them.

Same as Daniellemybelle
Most of the time they went through without hesitation. Once, the agent said that he would need to test one on a strip so I chose to just toss them (line was incredibly long and not worth it)
