You can try running a hot shower with the bathroom door closed to get it steamy and then nursing her in there after a few minutes. The Nose Frieda with saline drops to clear congestion. Nursing her/ giving the bottle in the most upright position you can manage. Basically, I'd just try to clear the congestion and then nurse immediately afterwards while she can still breath well. Poor little thing, hope this passes quickly.

If you're feeding her thawed milk, don't forget to pump too. The last thing you need is clogged ducts on top of sick kiddos!

ETA: I was very worried about occasional green poop caused by the hindmilk/foremilk imbalance. Our doctor said it's just not that big of a deal, unless it persists for weeks and there are other issues (weight gain, discomfort). So don't stress out too much about that.

@jmarionsmith: aw poor baby! I agree with the suggestion of steam then nose Frida then nursing while she's cleared out. Also use saline drops or must often throughout the day.

Awww, poor baby!! I would do what Little Misters Mom suggested with the steamy shower. It really does help to clear them out. Also, boogie wipes to clear crusties and the nosefrida to suck out the goopies. I'm so sorry she is so sick. I hope she bounces back quickly!

Keep her nose as clear as possible. I had to use wipe, bulb syringe and saline when my daughter had rsv. Good luck!
