Yogurt with fruit? Kids like those drinkable smoothie ones too, maybe add a fun straw?
Or are rice krispies in a fun shape? Those aren't too messy.

I've made egg free cupcakes before. The recipe I used was really quite yummy. I made a honey Greek yogurt frosting.

We have to bring in pre-packaged, store-bought treats. I brought Rice Krispies Treats for Ev's birthday, and they were a big hit. His teacher told me most parents bring in cupcakes/mini cupcakes, but I guess those would have egg? But the Rice Krispies Treats were different, and less messy

Oh, an d you can use a individual sized apple sauce (snack size?) to replace eggs in cake recipes, I do all the time!

Egg free cupcakes/cakes are actually pretty yummy, if you still want to go that route.
