How does your child stall at bedtime? My daugyt r constantly asks for one more book and for us to stay a couple minutes. Bedtime is 7:30 but we're not getting out of there until after 8. Ugh.

Defintely! I bought the bunny book for bedtime and it was working as our 1 more book for awhile, but she won't let me read it right now. lol. I think she caught on.

He asks for "something" before bed. He can't articulate what he wants, but it's "something." Bedtime at 3.5 years old has become a nightly struggle.

"Mommy I have to potty!"
"Mommy I need to be tucked in!"
"Mommy I need my nail cut!"
"Mommy Tigey hit me!" (Tigey is his stuffed tiger...)
"Mommy I only want one blanket!"
"Mommy I want three blankets!"
"Mommy I need a hug!"
"Mommy cuddle with me!"
"Mommy I want to tell you about my day!" (We've already done this...)It's exasperating...

"I'm hungry. I'm really reaaaally hungry!"
Then running around naked evading capture.
Oh, and "can we talk?" -

E is normally quite good until we leave the room, then the nappy comes off. Her other trick is smashing her head off of the wall then crying hysterically.

We co-sleep so he'll happily go to bed as long as DH and I BOTH go to bed also. he'll play around on the bed for a bit, but we just lay there and when he's done messing around (yoga poses included), he'll plop down, ask for his milk and doze off.
