Why do some women get a BFP as soon as 8-9DPO, while there are others that have to wait much longer 14,15,16DPO???
I don't get it.

Implantation takes longer for some women than others. hCG isn't produced in high enough levels to be detected by HPTs until a few days after implantation. I believe the most common day for implantation is 9DPO, but every woman is different.
