I currently block feed one side, two times in a row. I'm about to Go back to work and will be pumping. Should I continue to block pump or just pump both sides each time at work. I have a double electric pump

I block feed and double pump. You can use that extra milk, or if it's just getting to be too much, you can drop a pump.
