This being off of BCP is sucking ass as far as AF goes!

I got my first real period after 8 years of BCP, and at first I was thrilled because I had a 29 day cycle instead of the super long ones I've heard and read about. Well now, not so much. I feel like I'm 14 again wishing I could rip my uterus out. Woke up in the middle of the night with THE worst cramps that I haven't felt since I was a teen, my face looks like a pizza and I'm bloated to the nines. Looked up cramp remedies and am currently subbing my usual coffee for caffeine free herbal tea, taking Advils like their candy (not really, but I did take 2 extra strength) and hoping I can sneak away early to come home, have a bath and sit with a hot water thinger while watching the season finale of Sons of Anarchy...

Stupid baby maker.... Why you hate me so much?!
