While breastfeeding my boobs are currently around a 34F. I was using 24mm flanges which was perfectly comfortable but I felt like the pump wasn't totally emptying my breast. Trying 27mm flanges today. What size are your breasts and what size flange do you use?

I'm a 38 B and I have to use the 22.5 insert for my purely yours pump

38D and I use the 27mm ones. I used the 24mm ones forever and should have upgraded long ago. The 27s are so much better.

I'm 34d and use the 27mm on the freestyle and the 24mm on my medela dbl electric one from insurance. I think I'm right in between sizes.
They work well on both

34D and using the 27. I asked my friend who is a LC to pick up a larger size because I think my nipples are rubbing a little.

After a couple days of using the 27s I think they are a better fit for me.

it has to do more with your nipple size than breast size. i had to go up one size and it was a world of difference!

@Mrs. Bee: I agree. I am the flattest person but had to use a large flange. I actually used a different size on each side.

I'm a 36D/DD (still weird to me). I use the 27 on the right and 24 on the left! The way may right nipple angled made the 24 uncomfortable even though my nipples are about the same size. Using the 27 did increase my production on that side.
