@runsyellowlites: 7 YEARS? Or months...?

@runsyellowlites: Wow, that's a long time, but also encouraging. My friend had a c-section 2 years ago and I asked her recently if she was still numb and she said she was. It's good to know the nerves eventually grow back.

@adira yea DH had just asked me about it a few weeks ago and I was like
"yea... still numb... WAIT *push push push* WOW I can feel it again!"

LOL.... it does eventually get feeling back, just takes a loooong time. And then it's in certain spots and such until it ALL back to "normal" =)

Liv is about to be 4 months old and the incision is definitely not as numb as it was. Actually none of it is except the very center. I had staples for 2 days, then they removed them and put on the steri strips for 2 weeks.

My DS is 10 months old, and my incision area is still numb in certain areas. Sometimes, I feel slight pain (like a needle stabbing me), but it doesn't last too long. The doctors used glue to close me up.

My son is 7 months old and I don't notice any numbness. I'm honestly kind of creeped out by touching my scar, though, so I could be wrong. The stitched me on the inside and used staples on the outside.

My DS is 8 years old and I still can't feel anything! I had massive complications with my c-section though, so that may be part of the reason. Although- my mother is still numb in that area as well and my youngest brother turns 18 next week!

My daughter is 2months old and my scar isn't numb, but my belly is towards the bottom.
