Hi all,
After my second miscarriage in Dec., I just had to stop reading anything baby related so I took a break from coming here. I think I'm finally ready to start thinking about baby stuff now. Anyway, my mom made me go to a Korean acupuncturist and I had to drink some herb medicine (han-yak) for 21 days. I'm now looking for a fertility acupuncturist in the LA/OC area and wanted to know if anyone knew of one. Thanks ladies! Sprinkles of baby dust to y'all!

My uncle's an awesome acupuncturist.. His office is in LA. Let me see if he does fertility treatments and I'll get back to you! Glad to see you back on HB!

@mssally: Just asked. Uncle would treat using Herbs, not acupuncture..

Sorry to hear about your loss. My family and I have been going to dr. Jane Kim in koreatown for a few years now. When my hubs and I were trying to conceive I got acupuncture and took herbs as recommended by her. She's kind and works hard to help her patients. @mssally - I took herbs for two months and acupuncture I think daily for a week each month for two months. We had been trying for 6 months with no news and then got pregnant after two months of treatment. My hubs actually took herbs from his own acupuncturist to help his boys too. We don't know what in the combo of treatments did it, but we are happy with the results regardless! Best wishes!

@mssally - Boaz Brizman at BomaMed in West LA is fantastic. He and his wife both do acupuncture and they have had success with fertility issues. He's great. He'll do everything he can to put you on the right track. He's currently working on me, and my surrogate to prep for baby-time. DM me if you want more info.
