I can't multitask unless HBing counts...my baby usually unlatches if I'm not paying enough attention to her. My MIL says she cooked dinner every night with a baby at the boob!

I don't move anymore cause she will unlatch, but it drives me nuts to not do anything at all, so I am usually on my phone.

I try not to do much. I'm sort of grateful for the forced downtime. I am on my phone a lot though.

I do most of my Hello Bee-ing while she's nursing. I actually remember noticing a lot of bees would be a lot more active after they had their baby and thinking, damn, they must have a chill baby, if they have all this time to be on HB. NOW I realize that it was one handed iphone HB-ing while nursing.
I also google lots of stuff about breastfeeding and read things on Kelly Mom while nursing.

Oh, I also mastered walking short distances while BFing him! I had to help my husband find something in the kitchen, so I just cradled him while he was still attached and walked around looking. I felt like a BFing pro!

At most I can use my phone a little, but even that is too distracting for her lately. Our new routine is for me to stand up holding her in a darkened room for most feedings, otherwise she thinks she can just come and go as she pleases

I use my phone, check FB, Instagram, HB, or play a game but that is about all.

I remember the golden days when I could read HB or the internet while nursing! Now I can't do anything, or LO will get distracted and stop eating.

I'm getting better at it! At various times I've eaten breakfast, read a book, played on my phone, typed up emails on the computer, or played a ps3 game with my hubs. I felt super awesome lol!

I can do things on my laptop and read hardcover books. The pages of paperbacks are too difficult to turn with only one hand!

I used to just wear him while he nursed, so I also cooked with baby at the breast. Now he's so efficient, I don't really have to multi task.
