Wow. No! Haha. I was never good at standardized testing anyways.

Yay! I got the, all right but I couldn't imagine getting any of them right when i was in kindergarten!

I got them all right also, but I definitely had to analze them for a minute. I know this is for gifted and talented kindergarteners, but wow! this would have been extremely difficult!

I got them all right! I thought I was super easy. I am a very good test-taker and I was in G&T programs in school though.

So surprised this is kindergarten level! Seems so hard!

I missed two by not looking closely. I can't imagine kindergartener's taking this.

Yes, 100% : ) But I had to really work for it on the one with the pink, purple, and yellow squares

I got them all right, but had to think about a few! And I may have sketched some out, heh. Kindergarten me would not pass.

@Smurfette: I'm kinda glad somebody else got some wrong, I was feeling really dumb! I got 2 wrong by going too fast too.

I got them right, but man am I surprised those are for g&t kindergartners! Kids must have gotten smarter because I remember doing quizzes like that but much older in school.

i got the last one wrong because my brain looked at it wrong. now that i see the answer, i see what i did wrong.

I could pass it but I am glad my husband wasn't around to watch me take the test. Haha.

I find that kids learn things to a great depth because it is fascinating to them.
I would have loved this in kindergarten! I would have paid more attention to detail and would have taken more time to do it. I got the first one wrong of all things! I got the rest right.

@Mrs. Bee: our district gives the nagelieri! And fun fact, my parents used to be neighbors with Nagelieri, the guy that created the test. He is a psychology professor at the local university.

We actually give it in first grade though, as part of the kids' portfolios that will follow them through second grade when they can be found eligible for GT programs that start in third grade.

It's so interesting to watch kids take the test. Some totally guess anything and others are much more thoughtful and really get it. However, it drives me batty that there are test preparations for this! One of the main goals of the test is to see what kids can do naturally, despite their verbal ability, not so much how they've learned to take these tests!

Honestly I can't stop rolling my eyes at the idea of a "gifted and talented kindergarten." Really?

@Mrs. Cowgirl: Our district gives it in first grade too. I still remember taking it. It was similar to these questions with blocks and patterns and there were cards where I had to say what was missing.

I love tests like this too.
