My LO knows the names of her favorite snacks (cheese, crackers, purées) but she still has trouble with main entree veggies and meats. All Meat = chicken and all veggies = brocci or corn!

YogurtOthers I know she understands the word for because she will respond "yes" or "no" depending on how much she likes an item when I ask her if she wants more ____.

A few things she can, especially yogurt.

No. He's only 8 months, but he recognizes the yogurt container and gets really excited when I get it out of the fridge!

He knows cheese, chicken, banana, blueberries, goldfish. Every round fruit is apple. He says it and shakes his head for yes trying to convince us that a peach is an apple. It's pretty funny.

She can, but she is almost 4. I can't remember when it started. She has always been curious in asking me if she doesn't know.
