Just curious how often ladies using the CBEFM DTD? My OBGYN was very serious about the every other day plan so DH sperm count had time to rebuild. Anyone do anything different? And how does that work, every other day once you get a H? I would feel odd not DTD on a P day because it wasn't time yet.
Thoughts?

our third cycle (bfp) was the first time i used cbefm and we dtd everyday for 12 days (with i think 1 or 2 day break randomly)... got our bfp. in hindsight it was probably overkill, but i have an unusually long cycle so as soon as i got the high sign at two bars, we started~ then continued through 2 peak days and 1 day after!

You've probably seen my chart so you already know 
But our plan was every other day during "H" readings and then every day during "P" readings. Honestly I think every other day will cover you. Since we only had 4 "H" and 2 "P" we ended up doing it 4 times during those 6 days and it worked out. Oh I forgot the "H" after the last "P" - we missed that day. No issue.

I also have it and the dr told us every other day as well. The P is supposed to be an indication of O within 24-48 hours so I'd say every other day should be fine.
Also what do I know because we still aren't pregnant and have been using the CBEFM since last July, first as a deterrent from July - April and then since April for its intended cause.

hmmm interesting. I think I'm going to steal @jojogirl's plan and do everyother day during H and then every day during P.

I'm thinking I may not be normal because I looked back through my CBEFM record and of the 15 months I've been using it, I've only had peak days 8 months. I'm not sure what that means.
