My daughter is 2, and has been in the same classroom for 5 months now (early pre-school). During this time she has had three different lead teachers (and countless helpers). We are told when the lead changes, but aren't provided a reason. The leads have been moved to other classrooms, it doesn't appear to be turnover related.

Has anyone else experienced a lot of changes in their classroom with teachers? Are you provided an explanation? Do you feel like it's right to ask why the changes are occurring?
