Would you change REs if it meant saving money but having a more "burn and churn" practice?

My current RE sends all of my lab work to their hospital for processing. That means it gets billed to me as an outpatient expense and I have to pay 10% of the expense (full bill ranges from $400 on up). There's another RE I could go to that does lab work in house but he reviews I've read aren't the best. There are a lot of comments about it being high volume and not very personal. My current doctor, although we've had some minor issues, have been good. Is it worth staying there even though it'll cost more?
