It's hard to tell because of all the missing temps, so unfortunately, you're just going to have to wait a couple days and see what your temps do. Given your OPK, I'm inclined to agree with you that you didn't ovulate on CD 21, but probably a little later. The next two days should tell us!

I'd be inclined to say that Tuesday was your ovulation day (esp. since that seems to be last day of EWCM and the day your OPK turned positive). I'm fairly certain that I ovulated on Monday and I have had some light cramping on Tuesday and Wednesday. I've read that ovulation pains can't really tell you much since they can come before, during or after. Were you testing for ovulation twice a day? If not, you may have caught the positive at the end of your surge and ovulated very soon afterwards.

@sslm: Oh wow! I guess you were covering your bases! If you go 6 days after Wednesday, I'd think you would be ok. That would make you 7 dpo if you actually ovulated on Tuesday and 8 dpo if you ovulated on Monday (though that seems unlikely since you didn't get the positive OPK until Tuesday).
