Have you tried another allergy brands?
Honey is a natural antihistamine if you get honey locally (usually from a near by farmers market), some of my co-workers take a spoonful of local honey with their morning coffee or tea to battle allergies.
I just googled if it was okay for breastfeeding moms to have honey and it says yes you are okay to have honey.
Good luck.

What about Allegra? I take that since it's non-drowsy and it doesn't affect my supply.

I had issues with Zyrtec and Allegra affecting my supply
My doctor said that any decongestant would probably affect your supply to some degree. Since I didn't have a huge supply to begin with, it really seemed to affect me.
I just suffered through my allergies

@jetsa: I've taken it the whole time I've been bf and it hasn't affected it. Now, my cycle returning does affect it.

If youre super stuffed up try Afrin Severe Congestion
I was sick with a head cold last week and the active ingredient in that is recommended over pseudoephedrine (active ingredient in NyQuil) on Lactmed i guess since its a nasal spray its more localized and there for less in your blood stream than something you take orally
