I never took my sugar pills in my BCP during period week. So I had that final period, never went back on the pill. Got my period 34 days later. It was a doozy of a period though and I had crazy symptoms all month - lots of cramping, twinges, breast tenderness...I thought I was preggo!

Mine was early at 21 days. I usually pre-BC had 24/25 day cycles, but since I got pregnant on the second cycle off, I'll never know if my cycles were back to 24 days.

Mine was early as well. It was 27 days where as pre-BC it was usually 30-32 days. were your cycles long b4 BC? hope you find out soon one way or the other! the waiting game is not fun!

I got off BC in January (December was the last time I used the NuvaRing) and my cycle was 33 days.

One time this year, I was about 2 weeks late, had a bunch of BFNs, and even had a negative blood test at the doctor's. My dr. offered to give me a shot to start my period, but I ended up starting on my own a few days later.

This is my first cycle off BC. I'm on day 38 and no sign of my period. I had really bad cramps around the time I would normally get my period, but since then nothing. I had some spotting at in the beginning of this week so I'm thinking that may have been my period. I'm just going to wait it out till next week and then track for ovulation. Hoping my cycles normalize quickly!

I also never took the sugar pills - so I just got my last period (withdrawal/fakeperiod) and then just didn't refill my prescription.

I'm unsure if I ovulated last month (that first month) because I wasn't temping, I did have ovulation cramps and EWCM, but no bfp!

Got my period right on schedule, 28 day cycle, and now am CD 5. we will see!

I took birth control pretty much nonstop for 9 years (and definitely nonstop for the last 3-4 years), and went off the pill this past summer, partly accidentally (forgot to fill my Rx on time before being out of town) and partly on a whim, thinking it would be fun to maybe just NTNT for a little while and see what happened.

My first two periods after stopping came like clockwork and were nearly identical to the periods I had when I was on the pill (4 days, very light), except that they came 27 days into my cycle rather than 28 when I was on the pill. From that, I deduced that I was one of those "super-regular" women. But then on my third cycle, my period came after like 37 days and was super heavy with lots of cramping. For days 28-37, I was totally stressed and freaked out about the possibility of being pregnant (even though I got negatives on like 25 AHP tests) and not quite ready for that step yet, and decided that was probably a sign that I should go back on the pill until we're totally ready to TTC!
