My acupuncturist has recommended I start taking CoQ10 and L-Carnitine in what seem like large doses (600mg and 3000mg respectively). She believes this will help me (finally) be successful, and I really do trust her.
However, I looked them up last night, and most websites recommend much smaller doses, and recommend L-Carnitine for males (not females).
Can you share your experiences with either of these supplements and whether or not they helped you successfully conceive? What dosage did you take them at?
