Our daughter (almost 20-months) has made a few attempts to climb out of her crib. We have held off on converting her crib to the toddler bed as we have a newborn (4-weeks old) and figured this may be a crazy amount of change (for all of us ). She is also cutting her top two canines and has been super whiny. When we hear her wake up we immediately check the video monitor to see what she is doing and then get her out of bed once she stands up.
She is an awesome sleeper and I'm somewhat terrified what will happen when she can so easily get out of her bed (I'm guessing she will want to play in her room and not sleep). I'm feeling too sleep deprived from our newborn to be brave and go for it!
Suggestions? Wondering if we should continue to hold off or just get the show on the road!
