I am a dairy addict! I can drink a half gallon of milk easily in a day and love dairy of all forms.... but I love my baby and breastfeeding more so I am attempting to eliminate dairy to see if it helps my baby.
Can dairy free bees offer a quick breakdown of what you eat and look out for? Links to recipes or just easy meal ideas would be great. I have a 22 month old and 2 month old so Everything needs to be super quick and easy. I also nurse both kids so my calorie needs are very high. I have also had to cut out all caffeine and chocolate so those are off the table. I'm not a fan of soy products either and would prefer to stay away from soy alternatives.
I'm so sad to give up my favorite foods but I have to at least try....
