L spits up A LOT, is incredibly gassy, and has a rash, so her pediatrician thinks she may have a sensitivity to something in my diet. He suggested I pay attention to my diet to see if she reacts after I eat something in particular. Long story short, I had a big bowl of ice cream the other day, and starting after her next feeding, her rash got worse and spread, so I'm going to try cutting dairy to see if that will help.
I've been doing it the last couple of days, but it's tough! Any suggestions for easy dairy free meals and snacks?
