DS is 12 weeks and starting daycare on Monday. He wakes up to nurse at 5am and goes back to sleep until 7 when he's up for the day.
I'd like to go to work early so that I can come home ASAP, so I was planning on dropping him off at 6:30am. Work is 40 minutes away.
Do I wake him at 6 to take him to daycare or let him sleep till 7 and take him then?

I would wake him so you get more QT later in the day.

Wake up and go. Most likely he will adjust to the early wake time (probably with an earlier bedtime)

Wake him up and go (leave him in PJs if he's stil sleepy & throw in a change of clothes for when you get there.) He will adjust to the new schedule with time!

I would wake him. Once he starts getting use to the schedule he is going to adjust anyway and probably move times anyway.

I would wake him so he's not cranky at daycare and plus you get extra time with LO
