How much does the time change affect babies? D will be about 7 weeks when we Spring Forward in a couple weeks. We have very recently started going to bed around 9 and sleeping till 5 (yay!). How much can I expect that to get screwed up?

I haven't been through the spring time change yet, but the fall change sucked. It took a good two weeks to get him back on schedule. We were up every day by 5 am, even though he typically wakes at 7. But in trying to him to sleep later meant he was all screwed up and woke earlier. Hopefully spring forward won't be as bad.
But honestly, your Lo will still be so young, it probably won't matter. Your sleeping schedule will change a million times between now and the next few months anyways.

I don't think any time changes have ever affected my LO's sleep patterns..I hope that stays the same now that she is older!

We stuck with our schedule and DS didn't have any issues through time changes.

DS hasn't had trouble when we move up or move back his bedtime by 30 min or an hour, so I think we'll probably just go through normal schedule and see how he does.
