Is daylight savings going to really mess with my 5 month old's schedule? Anything I can do to make this transition smoother. She goes to be around 6:45-7:00pm already. Should I start moving her bed time back?

I have heard about adjusting the bedtime backward or forward by 15 minutes each day that week to make the transition smoother. We never did this and just rolled with it, but it definitely sounds worth a try to adjust a little bit each day (sorry, I know it is already coming up!).

I don't think we are going to do anything. She already wakes up around 5:30am.

We don't do anything for daylight savings or switching time zones. We just stick to the same schedule. She adjusts quickly.
