I bought a few but they just seem....weird! Chicken and chicken broth, beef with beef broth...hmmm. Did you feed your baby meat purees? When did you introduce them? Did he/she like?

I added chicken to the puree's I made at home. rice, veggies and chicken.
LO wasn't a big fan of puree's though. -
yup, it does seem weird but we pureed meat and then mixed it in with her rice, pasta, and veggies. her favorite was pork!!

She hates them so we stopped feeding them to her. She likes gnawing on little piece of meat.

I didn't. I made her purees and I just made fruits and veggies and introduced Keats when we got to finger foods.

So far I haven't introduced meat purees but I was sort of thinking about it. By sure if I should or if I should wait until finger foods.

No, the idea didn't sound right to me. He got meat when he was ready to chew it.

No. Yuck! Just no. My baby started shredded chicken very early. You can also boil it to make it very soft. But I had no problem waiting until 7 or 8 months when she could handle bits of solid food to introduce it - pureed meat just horrifies me.

@winniebee: I'm answering your question with a question (since my lo has not started solids yet...) Have you tried other solids already? How is that going? I would probably just try them out and see what he thinks.
