After having to reschedule due to weather, I finally have a WTF appointment on the books for next week.

I have an appointment for a followup to another issue (recurring cysts), but when I asked if the cysts could be affecting TTC when I saw him a couple months ago, my doc said we'd talk about IF at this appointment (since it would be past the year mark).

I'm wondering if anyone had a list of questions they went in to their WTF appointment with or if they found checklists or blogs that were helpful to them to read beforehand.

For more background, my insurance doesn't cover IF and I don't plan to see an RE. But because they practice NaPro, my doctors do a lot of similar interventions but stop short of IUI/IVF (so they still monitor, prescribe hormones/clomid/femara, perform HSGs and similar surgeries, etc.)

I've already been diagnosed with PCOS (i'm being treated with Metformin) and had 6dpo testing and did several cycles with added progesterone.
