I am 35 weeks, have yet to feel a Braxton hicks. My mom and grandmother both said they had a lot of Braxton hicks at night in the last 2 weeks of pregnancy, and I read a lot about that in birth stories. Just wondering how common it is.

I hardly did with DS1 or if I did I wasn't aware of it. This time, I'm nearly 38 weeks and I've had regular BH for the last few weeks, if not starting earlier.

Never one BH. No contractions nothing, water just broke. It was probably two hours later before my contractions started.

I had a lot of BH with my second and probably some but not too many with my first. I think they are more common or noticeable with subsequent pregnancies. It was never false labor for me though because BH felt much different than real contractions even in early labor.

did not have any BH with either pregnancy. Didn't have any natural labour either, though, I suppose!

I did for a little bit, but didn't realize that's what it was until I was hooked up to the monitor at the hospital! They just felt like baby was moving funny.
