Did you use a nursing cover? If so which one did you use?

I have a Bebe au Lait nursing cover. I only use mine when I'm out in public and people are passing by. When I nurse at home or in the car I won't use it.

Same here. I borrowed a Bebe au Lait one from a friend- I like that it has the plastic at the top so I can see DS while we're nursing.
That said, I RARELY use it. I'm still not really comfortable nursing in public, so I tend to go to the car (where I don't use any kind of cover) or to find a private place (like if we're at someone's home). I mainly end up using it on airplanes/ in airports.

I used one that I found homemade on eBay. It's huge, has a pocket, and was pretty inexpensive.

I usually use a big muslin a&a swaddle, people tend to think baby is sleeping

I use one quite often. Whether it's in my home while I have guests, in the car, etc. I got an E-mail with a promo code for a free cover by udder covers I just had to pay shipping. I really like this one because it has something in the top of it so you can keep an eye on the little one while they're nursing.

@L2sweetpea: I am glad to hear you like your udder covers one, I ordered one with the promo code as well, but I obviously will have to wait to use it for a while (our LO still has 5 months to cook!)

My child hated a cover so I have two Udder Covers, one new and one passed down, that I never used.

I have a Bebe au Lait cover, but I avoid using it as much as possible. It causes DS to sweat very badly and he doesn't nurse well while under it. I've also used an A&A blanket as pp said.

Nope. I dont use one at all at home, but if we have guests or Im in public, I use an Aden & Anais Blanket Or I wear double layers so I pull the top layer up and the bottom later down (I always wear the same color layers, Im a freak lol) so you cant see anything anyways

i used a bebe au lait cover for the first 3-4 months. it was wonderful and freeing to feel okay about nursing in public. this way i could go about my days and run errands without feeling like i'm in a bind if she got hungry and we were out.
she's getting bigger though (4 months now) and the cover is starting to not work so well anymore... lots of kicking it off and flailing of her arms... so i'm trying to nurse in public more discreetly with nursing tops instead. there's also this all-over nursing scarf/wrap thing i want to get that will work well with winter coming up.

I always used a recieving blanket or something like that. I am hoping to get an actual nursing cover this time because my daughter always pulled it off.
