I do. I scramble to make sure all my patients are taken care of and I skip taking a lunch. I will take on a higher than necessary amount of patients for the day just so my boss doesn't think I'm taking advantage of the time I'm given to pump. I also feel bad for taking up someone's office during my pump time - I feel like I'm inconveniencing everyone.
Anyone else?

Yes! I felt like my cowokers thought that I was getting 3 20+mins breaks a day. Even though I skipped lunch cause I felt bad. Not to mention it was cutting into work time.

No. I get frustrated that I get more behind in my work but I don't feel guilty about it. It's not like other employees are 100% focused all day long. My boss seems committed to making things work for me since the woman I replaced left because of work/mom balance. Lucky me!

I don't feel guilty. I feel bad if I'm behind on work, but I don't feel guilty taking time to pump! I'm proud of myself for doing it and thankful that my job is so supportive.

@grizz: only because the hygienists are dependant upon me checking their patients. I always tried to make sure i checked their patient so they wouldnt be waiting on me. Luckily, where i work now there are 3 other dentists who can help out, so next time i will feel no guilt!

Nope, although people did let me know how much I was inconveniencing them to pump. I never cared though - I complete my work that is due, focus on my students when they're with me, and I pump on my "own" time (lunch, before/after school hours, or planning times).
