So I keep hearing juice is bad for teeth but fruit is good for health (duh). I may be missing something here but I give T 1/4 Odwalla (unsweetened mixed juice) and 3/4 water. Is this bad? How is it worse than fruit? Just curious.
Is it because it's condensed or pasteurized?
