Today was my D&C - is today CD1? Or do I have to wait for my next period to mark that as CD1?

I did. I also marked mc on "specifics". I wasn't really sure if that made a difference or not. Maybe someone else has some insight?..
ETA: Mine was natural, not sure if that matters?

I marked mine as cd1, but mine was also natural...not sure how to track with a d&c.

I waited for my first natural flow to count as cd1. You may not be sure how long you will need to recover and get back. Plus I was told to take a cycle off so there was no need for me to track it.

I would go ahead and mark it as cd1 but just be aware that this cycle may be totally off. Perhaps comparing temps to previous cycles may help to see if it's acting like a cd1?

I'm expecting AF to now show up for weeks - i already had irregular cycles to begin with and i have no idea what this will do to my cycle now, and they were just beginning to stabilize too! I asked the dr when we could start, if we should wait for AF to return, and she replied that there's no reason to wait, just let my insides heal and we could try as early as 2 weeks after if i felt up to it. Not sure if i will, but i do want to try as soon as possible, i'm pretty confident i won't o until my next cycle anyway. Thanks for your input! I think i will go ahead and mark it as cd1 but we'll just see what happens!
