I only know one mom at my LO's daycare. There was an orientation before the school opened its doors, but otherwise, no meet & greet for all of the parents. We've talked about starting a private FB group for the parents of the LO's who attend. I received an email with all student's parent's email addresses (in the cc), and I wonder if it's appropriate to email them about joining a group.

I wouldn't expect for it to be a secret, but I also like the idea of having a place to talk with the other parents without the teachers being there.

Sneaky or okay? Do you wish you had this? Or, are you part of something like this, and wish you weren't?
