I usually have the bedroom light on dim and watch TV, even during the middle of the night feeding. Although, sometimes I'm so tired that I just fall sleep myself. But starting tonight we're moving him into his own room (yay) and I'll be nursing him w/o any distractions from now on. I might bring my iPad/iPod in just to help time pass.

I used to have to but now he nurses so quickly that I just sit and think.

Before he became a distracted little bugger (if I do ANYTHING he is always looking around and craning his next to see what's going on), I would browse HB on my iPod or watch TV. I'm like you - always doing multiple things at once. I never just watch a movie, I'm usually on my phone/laptop as well. When I read a book, I have music on. etc..

But now I can't do anything or he goes nuts. He nurses pretty quickly though and for most of his nursing sessions I lie in bed, or in his room before naps so he gets drowsy.

I read or surf on the ipod. Although she's starting to get more distracted these days. I do devotions during her dream feed before I go to sleep.

Yep, except for the very late night/early morning sessions. I'm either on my laptop, Kindle, or watching Doctor Who. And sometimes I just close my eyes and nap.

I feel like I should be more present with nursing, but little dude wants to nurse so much that I think I'd just be staring at him all day long.

I play on my phone while breast feeding.

I'm either on my iPhone or i take a quick nap.
