I haven't had McDonald's since I was maybe 15. When I have fast food I go for In&Out.

No way! I used to but I haven't in years. DH loves it though! I can do without for the rest of my life, lol.

I voted "other". I don't eat AT McDonalds, But I do eat McDonalds that I take away from the drive through. French fries are a weakness of mine..... and maybe a 4 pack chicken mcnuggets with two BBQ sauce......

I voted NO, since I now think that most fast food is gross. The food, the greasy tables, everything. But, I do think about it every year around Shamrock shake time. I haven't given in though.

Yes. I have strong childhood memories attached to McD's. I don't care for any other fast food chain, but i like McD's once in a while.

Couple times a year...I usually get chicken nuggets and fries...if I'm going to be bad I want to make it worth it, lol.
I like their sausage egg mcmuffins.

I do, but rarely. If I want fast food, McDonalds isn't usually the first thing that comes to mind. Though, it's almost time to get a big mac again

We will eat there occasionally, but it's usually a last resort if we're in a super rush, on the road, or being lazy. We did have McD's breakfast on Sunday. I'm almost always disappointed after I eat it. I used to love it in college. The cheeseburger meal was my hangover cure!

I mostly eat it when I'm really hungry and LO falls asleep in the car so she can stay asleep. But every now and then I get a craving for it. I did when I was pregnant, but not often since.

@MsLipGloss: haha, I was vegetarian at the time and I seem to recall that they had some sort of couscous salad. I think it is funny how they regionalize certain menu items.
